How your photo is handled
- Your photo is sent to our AI provider fal.ai, which creates the preview with Google's Gemini image model. Anthropic's Claude then checks the result's quality.
- Some laws, such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, may treat information about face geometry in a photo as biometric information. We use your photo only to make your preview. We don't create or keep a face template, and we never sell or share your photo for any other purpose.
- We don't store your photo on our servers. The copy at fal.ai is set to delete within 15 minutes, and your result within 24 hours. Our providers may keep limited records under their own policies. See the retention schedule in our Privacy page.
- Your photo and anything derived from it never go into analytics.
